Withdraw my petition for Mutual divorce

Due to some unavoidable circumstances we applied for Mutual divorce in the month of March and after the first hearing we are given a period of 6 months ( cooling period) nSecond motion is in the month of September. I would like to withdraw my petition as I would like to give a second chance to our relationship. nCan I withdraw it before September. If yes , how ? nKindly help

yes before the final order you can withdrawal it. it is not a very hard process it is very simple. both the parties appear in the court and admitted that he or she want to not pressed or withdrawal that petition.
after that court passed the order of case disposed by withdrawal.

You have not mentioned where have you have filed the case. Ofcourse you can withdraw if you have decided if you both agreed to live amicably together. To know the process let me know. Also if you have filed any f. I. r. that needs to be quashed from high court.

As you told, both of you husband and wife had applied for divorce with mutual consent in March and the time of 6 months is being completed for you in September andYou can file an application in the concerned family court that there is still such a scope between us parties that both can live as husband and wife, so we should be given more time to think more
