HI My MOM and I are accused in 498a and 406 IPC, which was given falsely by my brother's wife AFTER 11 YEARS of MARRIED LIFE. MY MOM IS SENIORS CITIZENS, ILLNESS WITH HEART AND ORTHO AND MORE ELDERLY HEALTH PROBLEMS. AND I M ALSO SPORTSPERSON AND NOT LIVING AT HOME FOR 15 YEARS. BUT POLICE PUT MY AND MY MOM NAME IN FIR, MY MOM CANT DO LONG TRAVELING. IN THIS CASE, HOW CAN SHE GET BAIL ON MEDICAL BEHAFE?

kindly tell me all the facts of the case. in cases where mother in law is concerned, it usually depends on the judge whether he grants bail or not. although if we cite medical reasons along with supporting documents we should be able to get bail. as for you, you will be discharged in the police report itself. again, let me knkw about all the facts so that i can form a clear o piknik and help you better.
