Refusal to maintain wife. USA Bank Statement disclosure by court order

My husband has a US bank account, while he has disclosed his statements for his Indian bank accounts he has declared he has no other account except the one in India. If I give the account number for his USA bank account, can the courts order him to present statements for them too?

If your husband is an Indian citizen then the Indian court can definitely compel him to disclose his US Bank account details to determine the alimony or maintenance amount in the legal proceedings. If otherwise, then it is tad difficult

Yes you can always mention in the court through an affidavit that your partner is not disclosing his real assets and is liable to be prosecuted under section 199 r/w 191 and 193 and also under Section 209 of Indian Penal Code and the punishment can extend upto seven years. Dear ma'am, not only the court will direct him to produce his bank statements but you may initiate a criminal case against him by filing an application under section 340, crpc. For more details, you may consult me.

Yes, The Hon'ble court is all in it's power to order so, and also you can move an appropriate application before the Hon'ble court seeking action against the husband by filing a false income affidavit.
