Dear Sir,nI am a Hindu and I want to know that In how many days the police have arrested the accused under the IPC sec. 498A and 308 along with the Dowery Protection act sec 3 and 4.> Is the police can arrest the accused directly after FIR? n> What is the process of arresting in the below sections?nnIn our case, Police have regd the FIR I.P.C. U/S 498A, 323, 342, 406, 504, 506, 308 and D.P.A. 1961 sec. 3 and 4 but police have still not arrested any accused person after spending 18 days.Kindly tell me the latest law and judgment for the above sections.Thank you so much in advance.

my school partner wife .sala and son murdered her husbend by paying mony to crimnal and falsly implicated me by name in FIR while i was traveling far from spot about 800 km by confirm e ticket. partner wife is principal in same school and contain all mony under hand. partner and his wife relation was not good because of rangeen mejazi. court frame charge upon me under section 302 ,34. trial going on. chashmadeed only two own son of decased. sons telling lies that they seen me, and makin pressure as i execute sale deed of half mine school building and land in his favour. PW-1 and PW-2 both sayin that i fired the tample of his father he saw in light. sala of accused is lower practice at lower court. i had not attamped murder. immideatly required help for filing FIR having realty against wife son and sala because i came to know just now that wife son and sala make a consperacy against me for school 50% share. kindly give me precious help and guidence to protect my life. my wife made fake false case on me & my parents due to their mother's influence,Because I have deposits in the bank in my name with the intention that the income from them can be taken by applying for maintenance.Present FIR is not yet filed,they gave a complaint and got a call to come to the station.i have a 5 year old son with my wife custody. nmy bank account details my wife knows. nShe is planning to filling maintenance petition against me, nsince 6monts she is staying her mother's homeMy question is:●ni want to transfer the deposit in my bank account to my father/mother bank account then the income from the deposit belong to my father/mother or will my wife also have the right to take maintenance from the income from the (my father/mother)deposit?
