Does high court has a power to cancel a divorce decree

can high court cancel the divorce decree passed by session court if one party had remarried after divorce decree which is subsequently registered ?

A divorce decree can be challenged in appeal high court if falls within appeal period if it is contested decree passrd by family court but if the same has been passed u/s 13 B of HMA then same can not be challenged.

Appeal can be filed in High court against the divorce decree passed by session court and high court can cancel the decree. Decree by session court is subject to appeal and unless the appeal is decided by the high court ,you can not remarried.
