If a person has married a second time while the first husband is alive, then that marriage is legally invalid and no one accepts itAnd if the second wife comes to know during this time that he was already married, then she can file a case in the court against that person under 494 IPC, which has now become Section 84, but if children are born from the second wife, then the second wife and her children are entitled to receive maintenance from the fusband

A friend of my ex husband took me to the lawyer who was actually working for my ex husband interest.as there was no one from my family side and my husband was living with another woman at his house while throwing me out of house ( 4 days before divorce first petition) and his partner was pregnant too.all this took a toll on me and fearing my life and that of my 8 year old autusic son.i thought best option was to compromise.there are lot of lies and misrepresentation I have solid proof
