Her husband taken exparte divorce in 2019 ,she come to know in 2021 and filed a restoration in family court but final order was in disfavour of the girl. Now she has contested the lower court order in high court. And apart from this dv case is running where also her husband given a application for dismissal.Questions:1. Can court dismiss the DV on basis of exparte divorce and because she lost the restoration case from family court.2. Any remarkable case verdict which we can refer for DV.
