मेरी शादी 19 फरवरी 2024 में हुई थी शादी से पहले मुझे बताया नहीं गया था कि लड़के के बाल नहीं है आफ्टर मैरिज मुझे मालूम हुआ की लड़के के सर में बिक लगी हुई है यह बात भी छुपाई थी की प्रॉपर्टी उनकी खुद की है और दुकान भी खुद की है और लेकिन प्रॉपर्टी भी उनकी लोन पर है तो इस रिगार्डिग मुझे इनफार्मेशन चाहिए यह शादी फ्रॉड में आएगी और जितनी इनफॉरमेशन मैंने कलेक्ट कि है उसके अकॉर्डिंग डिवोर्स इस नेसेसरी या फिर फ्रॉड के केस में शादी void घोषित कर दी जाएगी

Q: I do not want divorce but my husband is mentally harassing me

I do not want divorce but my husband is mentally harassing me. We are married almost for 5 years and we have 3.5 year old daughter. My husband doesn't have any relationship with me emotionally, physically or mentally for almost 3 years. He is continuously harrassing me to go out from his home under the influence of his monther and sister even we are living in a separate house. I don't have parents and I am alone to survive. I am not working and don't have money to file divorce or live separately

As you have written in your problem that you have a three and a half year old daughter and your husband's in-laws harass you physically and mentally and you do not want to divorce your husband and now you are living separately from your husband. You have no means of survival and your family members are not able to help youIf you are in such a situation, file a case of domestic violence against your husband, in which the court will arrange for a house for you to live with your husband and will also make you get the expenses for your living from your husband and if he assaults you then Along with domestic violence, you can also file charges against them under 498A IPCtrialcaselitigationlaw report (l.r.)

My husband and his family says that we are not allowing you to go to your parents home and u can't take car and my husband will not give me any money for going there.i have a arrange marriage with 2 daughters. My mother is expired 2 years back.my father is suffering from depression..he stays alone

As you told that you had an arranged marriage and you have two daughters and your mother has passed away, your husband and in-laws are not allowing you to go to your mother's house and are not giving you any kind of money to spend. You are extremely troubled by your in-laws and this is why youdad is depressedYou can somehow evict your husband from the house and file a written complaint against your in-laws in the concerned police station. If no action is taken against it, then you can go to the concerned court and register a case against them and also file a case of domestic violence against your husband. Q: Counselor report seems to be incorrect,give mis direction to case.....

Husband says in counselling that he wants divorce but wife says she don't want divorce but counselor write in file that negotiation fail and transfer file to family court.why the counselor didn't write the whole thing.in family court,judge will assumed that both parties aren't agree

As you told that one of your cases is pending in the court and your file was sent to the mediation center in which the husband refused to compromise and said in front of the counselor that he wants to divorce you and your file was reported back. You want to know that the tax has been demanded in the lower courtWill any action be taken contrary to what he said in the court or not?
