Any legal complications, if son hesitate to visit father

27-Apr-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I got mutual divorce and custody of my son too. Both parties agreed that weekends and vacation son will be with his father. But now son doesnt want to be with his father as he is shouting at him. So am not sending my son on weekends and vacation to him, is there any legal complications if I do so, as I agreed in mutual consent that will send him on Saturday and Sunday and vacation.

hi Felix here I can well understand your concern from the query raised, if you do not send your son and refrain from meeting his father, it will be violative of the court orders and would amount to contempt of court, which you should avoid and respect the court judgement, thank you, you can contact me for further clarification
