Q: Withdraw my petition for Mutual divorce

Due to some unavoidable circumstances we applied for Mutual divorce in the month of March and after the first hearing we are given a period of 6 months ( cooling period) nSecond motion is in the month of September. I would like to withdraw my petition as I would like to give a second chance to our relationship. nCan I withdraw it before September. If yes , how ? nKindly help

You have not mentioned where have you have filed the case. Ofcourse you can withdraw if you have decided if you both agreed to live amicably together. To know the process let me know. Also if you have filed any f. I. r. that needs to be quashed from high court.

Q: Received Challan for jumping red light what are the next steps

I was driving a car owned by my mother and I missed a red light which turned red, just when I crossed. I have received a challan and paid and the status of the challan shows disposed, do I need to do anything else ? The challan also had a section saying we need to provide details of the drivers, but no details on where it needs to be provided

If you have paid the challan then you don't have to do anything. just check on rto website if it is showing any pending challan. if no then you have nothing to worry about if yes then you have to visit the court to make this correction.

Q: Ravi has taken money in cash some transfer in her frnd suresh account

Sir main naam lakshya hai Mujhse ravi ne paisa thoda cash me liya aur thoda paisa apne frnd suresh ke account me transfer karwaya kuch samay baad jab Maine apna paisa vaapas maanga to ravi ne apne account ki 2 different amount & dates ki cheque mujhe dedi jisme single cheque bank me bounce ho gyi hai due to insufficient balance Maine 138 dhara me notice uske ghr bhej diya uske baad bhi usne ek bhi rupaiye abhi tak vaapas nhi kiya dusri cheque Maine bank me abtak nhi lagayi hai dono cheque ki last date & month May hai suresh ko jo paisa bheja hai account uska bank statement hai sirf kyunki usko ravi ke kehne pr bheja hai ravi aur suresh milkr fraud krte hai kuch logo ke dwara PTA chla hai ab main kya kru kaise mera Saara paisa vaapas milega aur dono cheque last month date may hai dusri cheque ka kya kru pls guide me how I can recover my money by ravi & sureshn( ravi ne police station me application daal di hai ki uska frnd suresh ne fraud krke Saara paisa liya hai )

Aapne dusre check ki last date kya hai, nahi bataya hai. Notice kab bheja tha yeh bhi nahi bataya hai. Apki amount kitni hai iss baat pe depend karega ki aapko case karna chahiye ya nahi karna chahiye. Ek quick solution yeh ho sakta hai ki aap ravi aur suresh ki f. i. r. kara de jald se jald.

Q: Separated in 3 months of marriage since 1 year

I was married in Feb 2021, I had 2 affairs before marriage. My hubby knows about them. My last Bf after 1 week of marriage threaten my hubby and inform him that me & he both did court married (which is False), I kept demanding for divorce as I thought It will be difficult to manage after marriage responsibilities. I left matrimonial house aftr 3 months marriage stating I will file DV& Dowery case if he don't gave divorce, then aftr 1 mnth I felt mistake & tried to go back. my hubby denied to accept me and wants to proceed for mutual divorce, also he has recording of threatening with my bf and call details, Its being 11 months we are separatedNote: his family didn't demanded anything and contributed for my high power eye surgeryI do not want give him divorce, as his family is accepted me with everythingAlso do the call and voice recording can be considered as evidence??

I presume your husband has call recording of your husband and your boyfriend. Not between you and your husband. Yes call and voice recording are evidence, but it has to go through cross examination if it is placed before judge.
