Q: Builder Not Issuing NOC even after 5 months of transaction in resale

I purchased flat in resale in mahagun, transaction was done on 03 Nov 2023 but till now builder did not submitted CF NOC in bank due to which HDFC holdback 50k from my sanctioned Loan amount. Also unable to get disburse home rennovation loan bank saying CF NOC Not submitted. Please advise.

if the builder did not subimmitted the CF and NOC then you can do one thing before filling the case against the builder in concern court. you can give a Legal Notice to the builder by the Advocat. if your problem is not solve then you have another option for more details. contact me.thanks

Q: POCSO 7/8 and 377 fake charges applied on me

Hi. This incident took place in July 15, 2023. I was using a gay dating app GRINDR . This application allows 18+. A boy met me in this application claiming he is 18+. He came at my house for hook up at 2:30 AM night. I asked him 3 times to meet me in day time but since we were talking to each other from 3-4 days so I agreed . He came at my house and in 30 min he starts getting call from his family as his family members searching him at his home . His father FIR on me telling I blackmail him.

Q: Husband not ready to give Mutual divorce

My friend did love marraige with a divorcee man who lost the custody and visitation rights of his minor child. Soon after the new marraige, there were intrusion from older wife who wanted his parents to keep guardianship of child for 2 years for working abraod. husband and parents are intrested to keep the child and want my friend to adjust. My friend wants mutual divorce but her husband is denying and threatening her to waste her life in court because she doesn't have any evidences against him

if she wants divorce and her husband not ready to give divorce by mutual consent then she have an option to file the contested divorce petition under Section 13 Of Hindu Merriage Act in the concern court.

ydi apke sath itni problem chl rhi h to apke liye divorce hi ek last option h.aap court me divorce file kr sakte h or court me ye sabhi batein bta sakte h jo apke sath ghat rhi h. divorce ke liye apko patient rkhna hoga. its not a one day process.for more details you can contact me.

Q: My wife has extra marital affair

My wife has no physical relationship with me since last 5 years. At present she is involved in some adulteries activities with her new boyfriend through mobile phone like showing her nude body to him or seeing his private parts, video calling him while she is bathing. I am very disappointed, my mind remain in tension throughout a day. I have some audio recording of her. We have a child of 4 year. What should I do in that condition. Pls guide me

if your wife has boyfried and you have sufficent evidence for it then you can file the divorce case against your wife. Once you proved that your wife have extra meritial affairs than court may order for divorce.
