Dear Sir/Madam,I am seeking legal assistance regarding a criminal matter where I am the complainant. An FIR has been registered against the accused under the following sections: 376, 504,506 IPC and 3(2)(v) SC/ST ACT Bail was rejected by Sessions Court, but the accused is absconding and has now moved High Court for bail and FIR quashing. Can police still seek a non-bailable warrant from Sessions Court/Magistrate at this stage? They are telling me that they can’t do this.

Q: Harassment by in-laws after wife suicide
My wife did suicide by hanging in my flat in my absence . My in-laws filed a dowry FIR against my family . After 5 days they did the settlement. i was forced to sign a stamp paper stating that they have returned my money which they took in 2022 by bank transfer . They also made me do 50 lakh FD on my kids name . But they become nominees and also put their mobile numbers in my kids bank account. What legal options we have to sue them for insulting and harassing us .

I would like to get married with the girl I am in love with. I had fiduciary relations with her. Marriage will happen only after I divorce my wife who is not interested in me from many years. I am a hindu. However, the girl is 15+ year younger, interested, I had fiduciary relations with her (5yr) at my workplace. Therefore, I am not sure if we will be legally allowed to get married in India. This is problem of power imbalance at workplace. Kindly provide guidance to smoothly go through process.
