Q: FIR 498a filed, without any mediation

Hi, This is male(husband) married under Hindu law, no kids. Living in Netherlands, NRI(Indian Passport)FIR 498a filed directly(in Oct2024), without any mediation. IO is suggesting to file mediation from my end before he files ChargeSheet.He will file CS directly allowing my virtual appearance. My advocate advices not to request mediation from our end, as in HC it will not happen again if we go for quash. Shall we go ahead with mediation or not? If yes, better if I appear in person?

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that it's better to go for mediation as there you can settle your grievances but not in the police station go for mediation in High court as there the mediators are trained and competent and its better if you have an evidence regarding the false allegations and must have impleaded every family members you can collect it and annex in your petition for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

My sister lawyer made her to file false Rajneesh vs Neha affidavit by mentioning her as Jobless. The OP has her itr and rti document which shows how money she is making. Her salary is 1.2 lakhs / month.OP is going to file 340 in Family court. Please tell me how do i save my sister from it. Should she withdraw case and settle for mutual divorce or is their any legal angle which imy sister can use

Q: Query for mutual Divorce under 13 B. Case under 13 was rejected for o

Both parties are ready to file mutual divorce under section 13B.Should I mention old rejected case matter in this 13B case? Opposite side case under section 13 was rejected by court in 2021. Opposite party had taken all stridhan and settlement money and mentioned that in section 13 case and asked court to provide divorce. But court rejected.Now they have come for 13B. What should I do?
