Q: Appeal for divorce due to emotional abuse

Hello, we are Muslim family married in India in 2019. We have a 2.5 year old son. My husband don't want to talk to me and always feel irritated by my presences in his life. He is always avoiding me and even sleeping in other room. I am feeling very alone and crying all the time. I am not qbl to focus on my little baby. I think if he don't want me in his life then I better start my own life by seperation. Now he is also ready for divorce. Please guide me how I can proceed with divorce.

Q: Husband is having multiple affairs but not having any proof

My husband is serving in Indian army and having multiple affairs, asking his gf to marry him as he is getting divorced. I dont have any proof , only having few whatsapp messages of his gf confessing me the same. My wife has no physical relationship with me since last 5 years. At present she is involved in some adulteries activities with her new boyfriend through mobile phone like showing her nude body to him or seeing his private parts, video calling him while she is bathing. Q: Legal action advise against false 376 case (now closed) filed against

Hi.My husband was accused of 376 by his ex girlfriend. He went to jail and came out in 2021 and case got closed in 2022. The girl took the case back and settled outside the court.My husband started his relationship with her.Now he is giving me divorce for her. I want to know if there is any case I can file against that girl (1) for mental torture caused by her during the case and this affair. (2) can I file a legal action for filing a false case and misusing the law. She didn't get any fall.
