Can Change Advocate In High Court If Not Provided No Objection

I want to changed my advocate in high court because not satisfied with him.Can I change without no objection and how can inactive the privious lawyer vakalattnama from my case..?

you are not required to do any thing for this matter in the court...the new advocate will file his/her own vakalatnama and get himself along in the case. you are just required to finalise the advocate from your consent and explain him/her the case.

Hello,

You'll have to engage a new advocate and get an application filed through him/her for discharge and change of counsel in case the previous counsel is not giving no objection.

You may file application to this effect or may file fresh vakalatnama without NOC and then on next date orally inform the court that you have changed the Advocate and then the new one will be taken on record without NOC. All the best.

yes you can change the Advocate without NOC
generally it is required but there may arise exception where it can't be obtained

If the lawyer does not want to issue an NOC even after clearing his fees, then you should file an application at the court where your bail is still pending. You can ask the court for a change of advocate.
