Hello, My mother has a house in North West Delhi in her name under power of attorney. She is still alive and she would like to transfer this house to her son. What is the procedure to do that if you can please guide?

Q: Builder not giving possesion, SPA , GPA given to builder

Is possession letter necessary for possession when i am the owner of land and building is constructed by builders.I have given gpa , spa -so is registry important for getting sale done by builder for his floors.

Q: Welfare and Maintenance of Senior citizen

Me,my husband and 2 children were living in my Father\'s house.I am his daughter.He filed a case in Senior citizens court that he wants us to vacate his house,and he filed a complained in the police station that if he died me and my husband would be responsible.We vacated his house last year and living on rent.Now after 1 year again he is threatening us to take care of him otherwise he will file a complaint and also go to the SDM court to file a case.What should we do?Are we liable to take care.

Q: Terms and conditions of MOU in Mutual Divorce petation

Can in my Mutual Divorce put in a condition in our MOU that , with both parties consent, if either of the party backs out or does not turn up in first or second motion date, he or she will have to pay as penalty to the other party Rs.Five lac under Breach clause. Can court object to it.
