Subject: Urgent Help Needed - Unprofessional Conduct of Vimal Kumar Pandey and Sakshi Jaiswal SAVI LAW FIRM allahabad , How to complain to allahabad high court bar council
Dear Sir/Madam,
Seeking urgent guidance! Hired Vimal Kumar Pandey & Sakshi Jaiswal for my case, but it's a nightmare.
1. Inexperienced Juniors: My case handled by inexperienced juniors, leading to complications.
2. Complete Unresponsiveness: Calls, messages, emails ignored after payment.
3. Ignored Whatsapp: Messages left on read without any response. They not provided high court certified copy after multiple follow-up on whatsapp , email but they seems arrogant and treat client as nothing can do after taking money , never fight in court against money loss in case , such type advocate is nightmare
4. Unreachable & Uncaring: Vimal Kumar Pandey shows no interest in addressing concerns.
Need guidance on filing complaint with Allahabad High Court Bar Council.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that the grievance is for the case he has handled or the advocate if you are aggrieved by order concern and the prayer of your relief was made in the petition still by any means you can file a recall of the order as he can only file the recall application to it if you are in need of a certified copy of the order you can apply by any advocate giving the expense for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

File the written in bar council in the proper format, with affidavit, pay the fees of the bar and start the proceedings. Do this only if the proof of their misconduct and negligence to the profession that is violations of Advocate Act
