Hello, my wife has filed 498a on me, my mother & Sister, we have AB. My question is, If I apply for stay on 498a FIR on my sister and mother, will their names be added to the chargesheet? Let my case proceed.
You can apply to High Court to drop the cases (not stay) against your Sister and mother from the charge Sheet. The outcome depends on the complaint and related documents. You an even try for dropping the case against you'
