Hello, see the fees depends upon the lawyer to lawyer someone may charge in lakhs where as the other may charge in thousands. I understand that you have budget constraints which everyone of us have at every time.Will charge 65000 Rs for your contempt matter.

Q: Complainant Not Quashing After Mediation Settlement

A 420 FIR was lodged and while taking AB the judge pushed us in doing settlement in mediation. All conditions were met by us and full amount was paid. Now the IO has filed chargesheet after 4 years and now complainant is not coming to lower court. We had filed for quashing in high court. Complainant's relative appeared and denied settlement. Judge says i cannot force the party to give statement and has gotten the case withdrawn on condition to file again after fresh settlement or on merits.

Then file afresh and this time not on basis of mediation settlement but on basis of merit of the case, both are on different footing and your best case is on merit now, so why to waste time over that, good that you withdrew with liberty.

Q: legal remedy for bank account frozen by CBI

Can a prompt resolution be given by the courts on frozen account by dint of necessity to run the family. if yes, then under which section/code/law/article/regulation ; if no, the what could be done?

Depends on variables circumstance like whether you are named accused in FIR on not, or any proceed of crime has entered into your account, then refer the notice you have received. Based on this Rouse avenue court has to be approached thereafter High Court.

Q: excess amount recovery by cpao without any written intimation

My mother retired in 2018 and has been receiving her pension since then. Suddenly, after five years, a significant amount was debited from her account. she was informed over the phone by the pension dept that she had been receiving an excess pension each month, and the deducted amount was meant to recover this overpayment. This unexpected financial burden has put us in a difficult situation, especially as we are currently in the middle of renovating our flat. We are seeking guidance on this

File a representation against that deduction in the pension department and also refer your mother’s ppo to check the correct pension amount. Moreover also ask her colleagues what they are getting, though it will differ because pension is based on variables.

Q: Plot Registered but no possesion

Bought a plot from a builder, registry of plot has been done but builder is not able to give possession as local farmer has taken that plot.Now builder is assuring that they will give another plot in same area and make a new registry and they are asking me to submit my original deed to them.My question-1. If I handover the original deed to builder and later he deny to give any plot what can i do?2. What can we do as a buyer to get the same plot from builder which was sold to us or refund.

Dont submit the original without getting the new registration, you will loose out on the old property as well. Therefore do not submit oroginal without new property registration and possession. All the best.
