Q: Mother and father abuses the child and father is a civil servant (IRS)

I'm fighting a Domestic Violence case which will lead to the fall of the BJP Government. This DV complaint includes child abuse by mother and bribery by father. Mother abuses the child and father is a civil servant. The child has been expelled from 5 schools for showing symptoms of child abuse. All civil servants, The police or the government commissions refuse to acknowledge the complaint.

I’m an Indian citizen living in Calgary. I was married in New Delhi under the Arya Samaj in July 2023. I’ve been physically separated since Sept 2023, and we’ve agreed to a mutual divorce. Can you assist me with the process?

Yes mutual cases has no problem, we can appear virtually along with both parties. First party will be yow and then second party will be wife, but then the documents you have to sign virtually and in second motion divorce (6) month

I got married in India and later settled in the Netherlands, where my partner, child, and I became Dutch citizens. Due to the poor state of our relationship, mutual divorce is not an option. Where should I file for divorce—India or the Netherlands—to ensure I receive alimony for support.

If you can support yourself financially ( accommodation + legal fee) in Netherlands then better do over there . Otherwise India because here cost of litigation and living expense will be economical.Whereas execution of divorce decree for OCI Citizens is a difficult task and takes time .

Q: FIR on Senior Citizen need to Squash C Report

Hi, Senior Citizen 85yrs, relatives filed FIR on her as soon as her sister passed away. I am an NRI and FIR was filed on me as well. Lies was mentioned in the FIR abt money n gold. Two years later yr2022 C report was created. Different party claimed legal hire status and took gold. we went through harassment and trauma for something we did not do or take money gold. I wld like to know what I can do next to squash this C-report. As a NRI can I Squash from USA.

No you cannot quash this from USA. You need to file a case in high court for quashing the FIR or you may contest the trial on Merit. These two options are there , you may choose how to proceed based on this advise. Wish you all the best.
