Since then she has not shown a sign of being in marriage, all she is concern about herself and wants to do her choice in life doesn't care about me. She even plans for going to foreign country without talking to me, she even has medical issue but her parents are not ready to sign the paper that she is ill. She has mentally drained me. If u have decided not to live then u can file for divorce on grounds of cruelty ,particularly mental cruelty. For divorce one has to wait for 1 year after marriage but in exceptional cases the court can grant divorce before completion. of 1 year of marriage. If she has been suffering from any medical problems/disease mental or physical which was not disclosed to u before marriage then on ground of fraud u can file for dissolution of marriage before 1 year in such a case ur wife shall not be entitled for any maintenance. Contact me for further help.

Hello there,
You could file for the divorce under Section 13(1)(ia) of The Hindu Marriage Act (considering you both are Hindus and married under Hindu Marriage Act) on the ground of cruelty. But in your situation it would be difficult to establish that you were being tortured mentally by your wife and you were the subject of cruelty. The facts which you have shared here can easily be considered as cruelty on you, there are so many judgments of the Supreme Court on the same issue. Hiding the fact that she was severely ill even before the marriage is also considered to be cruelty.

I would suggest you to contact some good lawyer from the area and share your situation with him in detail.
Thank you
