Want to know the status of my case : M C No:4320/2018

Hi Sir/Madam,
I have filed the case :M C No:4320/2018 from My advocate and withdrawn on 19th June'2019 and judge kept the withdrawal letter from my advocate on the same day. It was in Bangalore , Family Court.
Though it was asked to withdraw on 19th June'2019 and submitted to the judge on the same day , but till now not heard news of getting back the court letter for withdrawal and other submitted documents. Earlier told me that on 17th July 2019 , court will update but today I came to know from my advocate that withdrawal status will know on 28th of August'2019 as judge set that date.
Now my question is since I have submitted on 19th June 2019 to judge for withdrawal of my case but when can I get the status? Why delay of around 2.5 months to come to know the status after withdrawal letter submitted?
Is judge in court is delaying or my advocate is delaying??
How to get order status from court on my case , to know whether it has withdrawn or active??
I have filed in Bangalore.
Please go then office of respective court and check the order sheet in file. The question of delay will be reflect there only.
Apart from that you can also check the case status in family court computer there also you will get status that you case is pensing or withdrawn
As you informed date is given date in august then mostly your withdraw memo may not be considered

Sir, If you want correct status of the case, need take out the certified copy of the entire order sheet, then only you will come to know about whose delay or whose mistake. Usually the Hon'ble court accept the withdrawal memo and same only phases the order for withdrawal the case. kindly contact for further information and for the order sheet. thank you.
