It is filled under 13 B of HMA 1955 .The petition is jointly presented by both the parties Then there is a first hearing which takes place the court asks for the reason for divorce .The statements are recorded of both the parties and there is a cooling off period .The court can waive this period as per the latest judgements of Supreme Court. Then there is a second motion and the court passes the decree of divorce after the issues of alimony maintenance child custody are decided .It can be filled where the parties last resided together or where the husband lives separately or the wife lives separately and where the marriage was solemnized.

U file a complaint to the police under 420 and 406 IPC for cheating and criminal breach of trust. At the ame time initiate the recovery proceedings through civil court under Order 37 code of civil procedure which is a summary proceedings and is a fast track procedure for recovery of money. Q: हॉस्पिटल की लापरवाही से प्रसुता की मृत्यु होना

निजी अस्पताल की लापरवाही से मेरी पत्नी की डिलेवरी के दौरान मृत्यु हो गई थी। यह एक तरह का मर्डर था। डॉक्टर द्वारा किसी तरह का एडमिट पेपर, डिस्चार्ज पेपर, रेफर पेपर नही दिया गया था। मेरी पत्नी की मृत्यु होते ही डॉक्टर और अस्पताल कर्मचारी फरार हो गए थे। हम लोग police केस नही कर पाए क्योंकि सबूत नही था की इस अस्पताल में ले गए थे । इस बारे में क्या किया जा सकता है दोषी अस्पताल प्रबंधन और डॉक्टरों के खिलाफ ताकि इनके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाही हो और केस भी दर्ज किया जा सके??

Hospital aur doctor ya staff ki wajah se ye hua hai aap is par FIR 304A IPC ke register karwaye. Pehle complaint bheje local thane aur SP ,collector ko . Hospital ke Bahar ya andar CCTV agar hai tab apko kuch evidence milsakta hai . Consumer forum me aap compensation air seva me kami ke adhar par case bhi Hospital ke khilaf kar sakte hai. High courtme bhi writ kar sakte hai .
