CAW counselling not attending , alternatives

i did a complaint against my in-laws in CAW.his father & 3 friends of him came for first counselling.In second no one came form his side stating that they got an emergency.I have already told everything in first session.Do i need to be part of other 3 sessions as boy is living abroad & is not coming for sessions. Is there any way that my parents can attend & i am not required because it is really mentally disturbing for me to face them again & i already stated my part. Please share alternatives.

there is no need to appear in the CAW, once you filed and don't want to continue with them ,you need to file a case in the court for Domestic violence and any other , you need to file domestic violence case. against the accused ,lawyer can be present on your behalf in the court.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you can send your parents to the counselling session because CAW cannot compel any attendance before it and it also won't affect your case because it is just a conciliatory body . Anyway your complaint will turn into FIR oif there are reasonable grounds.

No, if you have any problem than just sends your parents to appear before women cell but it's good if you attend date and clearly says forward my case/ mera case police station forward krye for registration of FIR..after registration of FIR mind sahi ho jayega apke in laws ka.. contact us for free legal advice.

your presence is required and if meditation fails than only FIR will be registered against them and only filling complaint with CAW cell will not help you. you need to have proper strategy of filling other cases to get you desired results.
