4. Once you enter the details, click on the "Submit" button.

5. The website will then display the case details, including the CC number.

Cc no Criminal case number.. you can check out it online in ecourt website of consernd state .. if you know the case no go to website . Or search for e court in Google you LL get the details .....

1. CC means calendar case. ie., IO filed charge sheet on your case and CC number provided for future ref.

2. I suggest you to approach a lawyer to get the copy of CC for further opinion on your case.

Cr. means crime. It is a stage before a criminal case is registered. After the case is registered it is called CC. Implication - Cr. is the initial stage at the hands of police that matures to pucca CC at the hands of the court. After filing of FIR the Magistrate orders for investigation. Then the police investigate, file documents and charge-sheet when the case attains the stage of CC. CC(criminal cases) type
