10 months wife not with us. My wife has left my 3 yrs old son with me

My wife has left my 3 year old son with me and her parents. She does not even come to see the child and does not even call. We have been living apart for 10 months. I tried to call her home but her family is creating chaos in her world.

Well, you can file a Petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights in Court, under Sec 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, if both of you parties are Hindus, praying Court, to make your wife answerable to court, that, why she has deserted you and why she is not storing conjugal relationship with you.
