Q: Mental Harrasment & blackmail

I am filing this complaint against my maternal family members, Moksha Singh (my elder sister) and Rakhi Singh (the wife of my maternal uncle).They have been mentally and verbally harassing me for a long time. I believe they have shared my private photos, audio recordings, and personal information with other people without my consent. Several people have informed me that my photos and personal matters were shown to them.I have also received threats and blackmail. I fear that they may leak my private photos, audio recordings, and other personal information. I believe that some of my private audio recordings were shared and misrepresented to others without my permission.Due to the ongoing harassment and emotional distress, I reacted angrily on some occasions and used abusive language.I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to stop the harassment, threats, and unauthorized sharing of my personal information.Thank you.

My family members, including both maternal and paternal relatives, have repeatedly shared my private conversations and photos without my permission. My parents have also harassed me, used abusive language, blackmailed me, and spread false information and fake conversations about me. I have been insulted, called ugly and a failure, and emotionally mistreated. I am often forced to do household work but still told I do nothing and criticized for eating too much. My maternal and paternal uncles and extended relatives have also abused me, mocked my studies and marks, and tried to control my life. My sister has shared my photos and chats without consent and has also behaved in an emotionally abusive way. Q: I have endured severe mental and emotional suffering due to the action

I have suffered profound mental and emotional distress due to the actions of my parent-side family members, including Sanju Singh, Rakhi Singh, Omisha Singh, Moksha Singh, Muna Singh, Nivedita Singh, Om Prakash, and all other members of the maternal sides of both my mother and father. Their behavior has caused long-lasting trauma and continues to affect my mental well-being. I do not wish to see their faces, communicate with them, or have any involvement from any of them under any circumstances.

well, cant say about the reason behind it but you can file a case under domestic violence act.please have a look of this act specially sec 12 to 14.you may get relief as you mentioned in your very short story.you are mentioning some name too, please relax and keep faith in our legal system, with a good lawyer you may get the results, it may take some time but, you should try.

Q: I want to file a case against a person who used me

I am 20 , I wanted to know whether I can file a case against my ex who came into relationship, used me physically , I agreed because I thought he genuinely loved me which he didn't, since he is in Indian army as his posting came he left and broke up with me , later on when he met me ,again he used me physically, so I want to know how can I file a case against him without my family involvement because I don't want them to indulge in this matter. you an adult so you can file a police complaint, but they may your parents too, and ask them to provide there statements.it could be a case under sec 3 & 4 of dowry prohibition act or a case of rape.
