Husband is not interested in sex

Hello. I have been married for three years now. Husband always avoids sex under the pretense of job and body pain. Not visiting doctor, saying that after rest, he'll be alright. It is very difficult to live with him without any satisfaction. Insulting me saying I always want to have sex. Please advice under what section can I file for divorce?

it is a matter or divorce comes under the ground of cruelty you have to approach the court for divorce for physically not satisfied, if the both parties are ready for divorce which means can filed a mutual divorce or else you have to filed a divorce petiin against your husband and contest the same for the relief of divorce..
