I'm a working women and can I file 498a against husband ,in-laws and relatives ? Does filing the case affect my career and job prospects ? Will I have to face any consequences

Yes you can file a complaint under section 498 A against your husband and in-laws. 498 A deals with cruelty against women by husband and in-laws and relatives. So either you are working or not it won't affect your case. No the case will not affect your career and neither you have to face any consequences.

your question is weather I can file dowry harassment case against my husband And in-laws as well as there relative you can file a lawsuit against all three under section 498a ipc your job will note be affected by this trial the effects of trial always falls on the accused party apart from this you can also sue for domestic violence and mantinance against your husband and in-law

Hi , the offence the relates to the dowry harassment by husband and in-laws ..There can be no considerable effect upon your job if you file a FIR under the above said sections ..You can contact me for further assistance

Hello you can file the complaint to the women police station with all the incidents of of any cruelty, demand of dowry and any domestic violence for physical, verbal, economical and mental harassment and violence. Since you are the complaint there is no affect to your job prospects.
