Sir,In a online part time jobs scam on telegram scammers taken me around 4 L rupees I have filed online complaint in Cyber cell and bank as well. Also got messages amount on hold in suspect bank accounts. But Cyber cell investigation not started yet Please tell what can I do more parallel

You need to file application before the concern court to release and refund the hold amount in your bank account. Once the court allow the application, the concern police will send the mail to bank for release and refund of hold amount in your bank account

my hindu boyfriend and i (muslim) meet his family in August 2024, they told me that they have no objection in our marriage. in late January my boyfriend told me that i have only 3 months to get permission from my parents otherwise they arranged a marriage of my boyfriend with another girl. till then i tried to conceive him and his family but they didn't listen to me even my boyfriend gets intimate with me in march before 10 i constantly says no to him but he manipulates me.

If you planning take some strict action for this then You can immediately file a complaint before the nearest police station of yours against your boyfriend for false promise to marriage and rape. But before that you need to make up your mind before filing the complaint. Because once you file the the police will arrest your boyfriend.

Q: Cheque Bounce of Rs.442900/- (4Lakh chit @ 20 months) starts Dec 2022

I am from Hyd, currently working at a private company in Noida. I have paid chit of 20K from Dec 2022 (4Lakh chit @ 20 months). The person should return money in June 24. But he didn't give, instead he gave 2 cheques in July. He is in Hyderabad and Cheques were Bounced at Noida Sector 142, The value of cheques are Rs.442900/-.How can I proceed legally to get my money back including lawyer fee, court fee and bank charges. How much time it will take to resolve the case.Can I file a case in Noida?

Yes you can file the case in noida. If your bank is in noida. Else you have to file case where you home branch is situated. It will take approximately a year to decide the case. Further we can discuss regarding the fees and all in person.
