Q: Wrong case of rape name includes my mom

My mom has been wrongfully convicted in faizabad for false case of rape and more sections she is still in jail since 1 week and we want her to get out on bail because the investigation wasn't at all appropriate and it happened in district court can we please somehow get my mom out she is one of four convicted person main accused is a boy my mom has been sentenced for 5 years.

Q: My wife maintenance issue query

I worked in gulf country since 2 years,i earned almost 20LKs.This 20Lks i kept in FD'sin my NRE ACCOUNT every month I am getting 15K interest.Now i came india for vacation(2yrs after) my wife file 498a and maintenance (wife & 3yers sun) cases. She file maintenance 1lk, But I lost my gulf job due to I didn't return back. My current income is my FD's intrst only. nnSir who much amount court will decide?

If she file a maintenance case then you have to submit last 3 years income tax return and your bank statements also. So if you transfer the amount to your father or mother’s bank account it will reflect in your bank account statement.

Q: Traffic Challand Pending to be disposed

Hi, I have challan of rs 2000 dated 28-12-2021, i was not aware of it and went to pay on parivahan site , i was not able to and challan is sent to CJM Saharanpur court on 08-04-2022 but have not received any summons and not able to search the same in vcourts, what should i do now? Is the challan still permissable in court as 6 months has aleady been passed?

Kindly send the copy of challan will help you pay the challan before CJM court, Surajpur. You will receive the summon also if you will not pay the challan. Processing summon take bit time in case of traffic challans because of huge pendency.

You need to send a legal notice immediately to the drawer and even then the drawer failed to give the payment then you can file a case against drawer under negotiable instrument act sec 138. Kindly contact for further assistance

There is no fixed legal fee for cheque bounce cases. It depends on the advocate experience and work nature. Different advocate charge differently for per appearance and drafting and because of that it is not fixed. The legal fee will only be decided by an advocate after knowing all the facts.
