I am from Hyd, currently working at a private company in Noida. I have paid chit of 20K from Dec 2022 (4Lakh chit @ 20 months). The person should return money in June 24. But he didn't give, instead he gave 2 cheques in July. He is in Hyderabad and Cheques were Bounced at Noida Sector 142, The value of cheques are Rs.442900/-.How can I proceed legally to get my money back including lawyer fee, court fee and bank charges. How much time it will take to resolve the case.Can I file a case in Noida?
