Cyber crime status of the complaint is still showing as under process

Dear Sir,
I have been scam in an online partime work of air ticket booking by company esky and A very big amount is stucked. I file the complaint as soon as I got the hint of being scammed. it's being more than 15 days status of the online complaint is still showing as under process. Please suggest what next step should I take??
Online stuff is very slow here. Instead you should file your complaint in writing to the cyber police station according to your jurisdiction and get it stamped. And if your amount is stuck then on that basis you can always file either a recovery suit or a criminal case under section 420 can also be levied.
