Getting charged frame in 498a, 323, 406 and 34 without Lawyer

I have a 498a case running in Gurgaon court, i already got bail, and a chargesheet is filed. 34 is removed by police from the charge sheet, and i am the only accused.In my previous date nothing happened and next date of hearing is approaching,that is after 1 week. I have financial problems and unable to pay lawyer for next date, can i go to court hearing alone without lawyer and ask the judge to frame charges on me and proceed with the trial and request for a long date, so that i get some time

Hello sir, as the fact by you, in the question, you are required to repair each every day, whether without an advocate because it’s a criminal case and the given the date, it depends upon the discretion of the judge, whether he’ll give you a longer or a short date as you are the accused, so probably will not give much credit to your request. You can contact me for legal aid. You can pay on per court date basis. I am happy to help in Gurgaon Court. Although you can appear yourself, it is better not not appear without a lawyer as charges can be framed against you.
