Women cell threat by wife pls help ... . . .

If my wife file complaint in women cell and if I don't go in women cell coz there is high court judgment that if person not willing to go to women cell he cant compleed.will women cell file fir or send police at my home. Pls help

In the event a complaint before the CAW cell is filed against you or your family members by your spouse and IO summoned you to appear. it is advisable that you should appear and specifically rebut the allegations put forth in the complaint. Non appearance would act against you and FIR will be filed

women cell is there for reconciliation purposes. it cannot force anyone for anything. of course if it finds after 2-3 hearings that no reconciliation is possible and that some offence was committee against the woman, it can recommend filing of an fir. but there can be no compelling anyone to do anything.

my dear friend, although police can't compel you to attend women cell proceedings but it is advisable to you to attend one or two hearings at women cell. it will help you to get bail in court on the basis of such joining of women cell hearing. police can't arrest you in women cell.
