Hindu marriage act hid pregnancy cruelty?

Wife left matrimonial home due to fight and stayed in her home for about 5 months. Husband's parents brought her back and made me to stay with her by stating she is being pregnant and it's been 5 months. She hid the pregnancy from me. Later after her delivery again we both fought and she left my home for about 9 months along with my baby.this was happened 6 years ago. I filled a contested divorce case around 4 years. Is hiding pregnancy for starting 5 months cruelty? . If so what proof require

hiding pregnancy for the starting 5 months is a cruelty . pregnancy must be hided. pregnancy must be disclosed and hiding pregnancy is a cruelty. pregnany must not be hired. hiding pregnancy comes under cruelty

Dear Sir, Hiding of pregnancy is not major ground to include in the definition of cruelty and a weightage of 15 to 20 percent may be given for such hiding. Anyway since you are residing separately for the last four to five years as such you may get divorce since at this distant time there is no possibility of reunion.
