I filled case in Mahila aayog few days back, so me & my husband attended counseling in mahila aayog.
Whether RTI is applicable for complaint of mahila aayog?
Can I get report of counseling? If yes how can I take report?
Yes...you can always apply for a certified copy of your complaint and the details of counseling through RTI. The report will mention all the evidence in favour or against you and whether a FIR is required to be registered against him or not. And if there's no scope of living together then rather than stretching the relationship you should go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.
