I'm a working woman. I've been followed by a stranger in a local street while going to office by my bicycle and I noticed that he was following me down the street with his bike. Suddenly emerged infront of me and flashed him private part outside and threatened me by approaching nearer. I got timing help from a house nearby. It happened on December month. Now with help of my friends, we found that person finally. As I am the victim with proof of eye witness how I can file the case against him ? And how should I handle this situation now?
