complete party is compromise Is there room in the law for 1 of the 5 criminals to do it personally?

if the complaint became FIR then you cannot make a compromise in the police station but the police can close the case by referred to mistake of fact on such a circumstances in a compromise measure you can with the help of the police can go for mistake of fact FIR
