To cancel or withdraw an online police complaint in India, the process depends on whether it is a general complaint or an FIR (First Information Report). For complaints filed through online portals (such as cybercrime.gov.in), you may log in to the platform, check under "View Complaints,"and use the withdraw/cancel option if available. However, in most cases especially once an FIR has been registered, you will need to visit the concerned police station in person and submit a formal written request or affidavit stating your intention to withdraw the complaint and the reasons for doing so. If the FIR has already been lodged, cancellation typically requires court approval, as the police cannot quash an FIR on their own.

For your complaint given, the Police will ask or enquire about your complaint given by you through the call. on that time you can tell them that you are withdrawing the complaint and not to take any action regarding the complaint.
