Cheated by my boyfriend as he said he will marry me

Sir I was in love with a guy he told me that he wil marry me. I trusted him blindly and we were in physical relationship as well.last month our family agreed for marriage ang we all had a family meet with his family.but now he is rejecting me as he don't want to marry as of his family members are not agreeing. Now he is not even reponding for my call. He is my colleague and we work in same place

you can file a case of 420 and rape if he had physical relationship with you promising to marry you, having sex by promising to marry may amount to rape and cheating, hence you can file an FIR in police station in respect of the said facts, hence it is up to you whether you want to file FIR, if not you have to move on with your future life forgetting it. you can try to settle through mediators also and give it a try or there is no option but to file police complaint.

lodge a complaint in the police station where he works or where he resides..you can lodge two types of complaints in the police station 1.he is not picking up your call or missing case 2. you can file the cheating case against him for not marrying yoy
