Q: Jewellery Fraud to repay bank loan
My mom\'s Co-worker took my Mom\'s Jewelry by saying for marriage for her daughter so as Co-worker my mom helped her. Later We found out that she mortgaged the jewelry which was worth 5-6 lakhs and used that money to pay her own bank loans. Now she doesn\'t have anything to pay my mom back or recover the jewelry from the Jewelry shop. what can i do to recover the amount when she dosent have anything to pay me back ? can i claim that amount from the bank and recover my amount ? i have all the proofs and what are the action that i can take to recover my money as soon as possible ?

I have been married for 19 years and a few years back my husband cheated me by trapping me in serious debts. He misused my blank signed cheques to borrow money. Now i am being targetted. Q: Travel agent cheating by fake PCR report
I booked Malaysia tour through Chennai based Travel operator. This is complete package including air ticket. Their Malaysia counterpart cheated me by providing fake PCR report due to which I was denied boarding to flight despite of having valid tickets. I had to purchase a fresh air tickets due to this fake pcr which cost me INR 80K. Travel operator\'s response so far is not satisfactory. I am looking for legal compensation for the loss of cost and peace of mind.
