Neighbour not allowing electricity cable over his boundary wall to my

22-Dec-2023 (In Civil Law)
My property frontage has railway road and railway has objected to take permanent electricity connection from this railway electricity post. Alternate electricity route is from municipality road which is 30 meters on right side after neighbor property with a Electric post on road side . Now for us to get electric connection from municipality road a electric cable needs to be put above neighbors fence with a electric post in our property. Neighbor is objecting to this electric cable above fence resulting in no electric supply for last 1 year. What options do we have?

You cannot disturb your neighbour for extending electric cable over his compound as it will pose danger and affects enjoyment of his property. If you can suggest alternative route then you will be able to convince the authorities or court.

It is not acceptable to disturb your neighbor for the purpose of extending an electric cable across his property. This will cause danger and interfere with his enjoyment. You can convince authorities or courts if you suggest an alternative route.
