पड़ोसी से नाली के पानी की निकासी पर आपस में कहा सुनी हुई उसने मेरी कंप्लेंट एमसीडी में की जिसके जवाब में मैं भी उसको विक्षिप्त मानसिकता का व्यक्ति कह दिया जिस पर उसने मुझे 50 लाख का मानहानि का लीगल नोटिस भेजा है कृपया सुझाव दें मैं क्या करूं

aapko jo legal notice mila hai usko dekhne ke baad hi pta chal payega ki kya hua hai or poori jaankari ke baad hi kar payenge aapki help. legal notice kis baat ko lekar bheja gya hai or usme aapka or uska kya or kitna role hai wo sab dekhna padega

Sabse pehle aapko defamation ka jo legal notice aaya hai, uska reply Dena hoga. reply mein, jo bhi aarop legal notice mein aap pe lagaye hai, unhe deny karna hoga aur agar aapne koi baat kahi hai, jo justified hai, uski justification Deni hogi.

reply to the legal notice asap through an advocate and get everything done and cleared. Because if you do not reply to the legal notice then the person will have full right to go for the court of law and it will be time consuming if the case reaches the court of law
