Obc income criteria for government employees children

Sir I have seen on internet that income criteria is different for children of government employees. Both of my parents are state government teachers (Grade C or R) with salary more than 8 lakh. Will I be able to get reservation under OBC-NCL?
obc criteria for govt servants is different as compared to other coming under obc criteria. you have to see the rank and the years of the govt servant then it will be determined and the form for the ncl in which the tds is deducted.
