Who is responsible for transfer of civil cases from one court to another? Lawyer, peshakar or judge. And it happens when on request or in a general routine manner

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if any case is transferred if it's by an advocate then the application is given by him which should be on record giving the proper reason for transfer to different court having the jurisdiction or if in general the case is transferred then the CJ or if it's in lower court the DJ or principal judge has the power to transfer or if the judge was a council or the parties are known to the judge as per the jurisdiction he can refer the matter to another judge to release the particular petition as for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
