My lover filed a petty case against on me for harrasment

Actually my lover cheated on me but that made me angry and scolded.Also I went to the office with her in the metro and i said let's go to the police station today, i will file a cheating case against you and you will lose your job.after that she was call for me where are you I can answer her I am standing your office outside you can finish your work and come I am waiting for to go police station.she is come after 10min and she called she team .she is talk to me police to came and go to ps.
hi first of all need to see whether any complaint or any FIR was registered against you then you need to approach court seeling quash or to seelk anticipatory bail in the case and could proceed accordingly
