Procedure for applying divorce after 13 years of married life because there was an incident that took place in my life which has always been used by my wife to point any thing i do or care about in family. I tried my best to be a good husband but she still think I am still like the same I was few years back .. taking mental pressure to be under one roof so decided to move on with the divorce

You can file a petition for divorce before the court under the ground of cruelty, mental and/or physical, depending on the facts and circumstances to dissolve the marriage between you and your wife. If your wife does not want divorce then it will be a contested case based on facts and evidence.

Q: I need guidance to what can I that husband is affair with another girl

We had 2 child's married since 6 years now he is affair with another girl and he did not gave single rupee or divorced me but he stay along with her and live like a proper husband and wife I was mentally affected what can do ..I'm a single womens it's a love mrge so no one can guide me what to do

That's adultery and it is not a crime anymore. But it can be used as a ground for divorce only. Practically your husband cannot be forced to live with you. But you can file a case of domestic violence and a case for maintenance.

Q: Dhana Kirayam cancellation or making it void - suggestions.

My father did dhana kiryam (house) to our youngest brother. However, youngest brother supposed to give our siblings to some share of money as part of settlement, but this agreement is not part of dhana kirayam. Youngest brother is now cheating and not giving our father's share. Father now plans to sell outside market as the value will be more and provide the share to all equally. Can my father cancel the dhana kirayam? The orignal dha. kiryam doucment is with our youngest brother.

Yes. It is a conditional gift if oral condition can be proved by supporting circumstances. First, your father needs to send legal notice to your brother asking him to fulfill the condition or consent to cancellation of the gift. One-sided cancellation is not permitted.

Q: Wrong diagnosis and wrong admission of steroid

My doctor diagnosed me for de quervains disease which I don't have (confirmed from mri from other hospital) and administrated steroid that leads to tendon rupture . How do I proceed further?

If you have enough evidence in support of your allegations of medical negligence then you can file a case before the consumer commission for reliefs of compensation. It entirely depends on the proof and facts.

Q: Missing case and planning for 2nd marriage

A girl went missing before 2 and half years. Her husband's age passed 31. They gave police complaint and searched. Couldn't find. Now that person is planning for 2nd marriage. But how to do ? How to get divorce? What's the procedure?

The husband can file a petition for divorce. But it is hard to serve notice on the wife when her whereabouts are not known and the husband himself filed a complaint. Without divorce the husband cannot go for second marriage legally.
