Procedure to move electricity pole from one to another part of land.

The complaint regarding the electricity pole which is built in my land the pole connection using by the my neighborhood land from last 24 years now I want to change the pole from my land to his land as it is creating miss to sale my land and the pole connection is using by that only the person can you please explain me the procedure to move the pole from my part of land to his land .

Once submit the complaint to the electricity department, regarding the issue,and to the A.E of the concern area and obtain complaint copy acknowledgement from the department and do insist them if they failed take action ,we can file a writ on department
