Our house has common wall in both sides. As its almost 80 to 90 yr old,we demolished house but neighbors are not allowing to demolish common walls. But one of that wall is fully damaged and its not a pucca cement wall. It'll fell down if we start construction, so precautionary we are asking to demolish fully an rebuilt but they are not willing to do. So how can we proceed now. We went to panchayat office and they also confirmed one wall isn't good and will fell down. But no cooperation from neighbors. Any help how to demolish that old damaged wall please. Thanks in advance.

Option 1: Invite the Panchayat officials and other senior members of your area for lunch party and let them witness the situation from their eyes and at the same time keep a written application seeking an order from the Panchayat Office to demolish and build a new wall.

Option2: send a legal notice to your neighbor and Panchayat Raj, through an Advocate explaining the situation and seeking their cooperation in rebuilding the boundary wall. If they ignore or replies to the notice denying the same, then proceed to the High Court and file a Writ Petition seeking order for demolition and Re reconstruction of the boundary wall as this wall is about to collapse and the non cooperation of your neighbor and Panchayat office amounts to infringement of your fundamental rights.

hi you could make an application to the panchayat officiala to demolish the wall as it is is in very bad stage and might collapse at any time and that if they are not acting upon it then you could file writ petition against them for inaction
