Land broker threatening to pay commission for a sale agreement that was called by seller. He has lodged complaint at PS. I need a lawyer help to represent my side to the inspector. I have been called to the station

hello alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, would like to know if there has been any agreement for brokerage, and one cannot demand brokerage as a matter of right if there exists no such agreement, can represent your matter at the police station, you can contact me for further clarifications, thank you

These are its usual occurrences and there is no need to bother. threatening is just an understanding of the broker proper legal notice then reply Threatening amount to criminal offences after that must go to police complaint IPC section 507 first you file the case must consumer court
