Neighbors demolished their house which damaged my house what can I do

Neighbour reconstructed house. Demolished earlier with jcb machine n drill machines. My house lost grip. Is nt safe to live. Completely damaged n can fall anytym. Nagar nigam n neigbour conspired. A false case filed by neigbour against nagar nigam that she was repairing her home n they didnt let.we prty in same caseby 1/10 application. Case in district court adjourining evrytym since 2009. Prties nt even heard till nw. Rti filed by me. Got answr that nagar nigam had demolished the neighbours house. No set bck left. Map not passed. Illegal boring. Bt truth is it ws never demolished. Wht to do!?
Dear friend as per your question and acording to law you file a suit for damaged before civil court agaist your nighbours now you say application order 1 rule 10 still is pending so with out all facts i cant proper suggest you

You have a good cause with you. You can stop the neighbor against illegal construction and claim for damaged. You have right of support by easement which was in fringed and the damaged and restoration of previous status is remedy. You should hire another counsel who account to you for each and every date. Further you should go to the Court personally on the date of hearing. Good way to contest a case is to get in touch with the counsel 1 or 2 time between two dates.

Due to ur neighbour reconstruction house ur house lost grip ,not safe so u reconstruction house ur house first and all reconstruction cost claim from ur neighbour through legal proceeding in appropriate court .sec Nagar nigam didn't demolished illegal construction, if its fact the u collect evidence and complaint to Nagar nigam or to higher authorities with file civil suit for stay on ur neighbour house reconstruction rest on VI's a vise
