boundary sharing issue with neighbour

my house is at dead end of a street , my neighbour of other colony has gate in his colony and also he kept a gate at my colony adjacent to my compoud wall and from the dead end. Now as i'm constructing my house i said my neighbour that i will pour sand and cement at the dead end of our street you please use your other gate( his main gate). But he is coming and arguing with me everyday. # months before his father also even smashed my car glass which was parked in front of my house .

hi if you have thr valid title to the house to be constructed by you and if he is creating problems then you need to file suit for injunction against him from entering into your property then you could file suit for injumction
