Q: Company negligence and no proper response
Purchased a 5 years warranty air conditioner 6 months back. Within few months there was a problem in the part and we contacted the customer care but there is no proper response even after calling them number of time. Few months back a service man came for that company and was completely drunk and misbehaving with us but he didn't do anything to the air conditioner. Later daily we contacted the service care but no response from their side

Married 13 years ago to husband from Anantapur, Andhra state; endured physical abuse. Filed 498A complaint in Bangalore police station a year ago. Our 2 daughters, aged 11 and 3, reside and study in BLR for about a year. Aadhar and passport of kids, list BLR address. Husband filed RCR and GWOP case in his home city, anantapur, Andhra. Pls Let me know the maintainability of GWOP case. Received summon notice but didn't attend; case pending with new summon dates. How should I proceed ?

hi first need to see the contents of the GWOP filed by him and the grounds raised in it and if you want to transfer the case from one state to another state then you could file petition in supreme court to transfer the case
Q: Some political influence guys not allowing us into our land
Hi, I have purchased land on 2019 . I have sale deed , link documents and revenue sketch. Around 2021 some one from political background trying to restrict entry to our lands by saying that is thier land. They are not showing any documents to us. We have taken home loan on the same lands. Submitted case in police station but no use. Looks like they have some issues between mediator and this political guy but they are providing difficulties to us.Can anyone guide us how to proceed further .

hi if those people are not entering into your land then you could file suit for permanent injunction against such persons to not to interfere in the property that the subject property belongs to you and that they have no right to enter the land

After receiving stay order from court on our agricultural land, is it necessary to submit a copy of stay order in tehsildar office to get a mark/stamp.Or else I can just submit the copy of stay in police station and let them handle if their is a disobedience of stay order from exparte.
