this immoral activity doesn't attract the offence under adultrery or biogamy.
The legal wife can lodge complain before the police authority with an allegation of mental harassment and others as the wife thinks fit and proper.
instead of this there is no such other legal action could be taken against the man.

other than making out a case of cruelty against the husband the facts enumerated are a fit case for seeking either judicial separation or divorce. moreover the entitlement of maintenance by the legally wedded wife is also intact. at the extreme one can possibly make out a case of bigamy as well.
