Q: Defective car provide. Not getting the replacement or compensation.

I bought a Ev car in May 23 but from the starting I was facing noise problem. Took my car several times to the service centre but problem was not solved. I took my car on 27th March 2023 and they found noise was coming from the different body joint and they did welding in different places of the car. problem was not solved yet. They called their engineers from the plant, called NVH team to solve the problem. They took more than two months. I paid emi also not using the car. What could I do?

u/s 420 / 406 /506 /34 IPC , Paid advance for acquiring a shop with wrong agreement .It was signed and some advance given, Later told him to refund advance as agreement is wrong within a week timeOther party Notarized the agreement( unethical & no copy given to me) & started demanding balance balance amount. Both side FIR done . I have not done any mistake. No proof is there from other party side Can it be quashed at Kolkata high court

I worked through 1 app for 3 to 4 days, which controlled me from a telegram group. One of the people who joined this app sent money to my account on the words of the owner of this group and the owner took the money from me. In this kind of situation you need to understand that account has been frozen by bank and not by cyber crime department as banking doesn't comes under cyber crime department. It is also a fact that cyber crime department can order bank to freeze your account through judicial order. otherwise freezing is unlawful.
