Q: Understand The Benefits Of NI Act as Compared To Summary Suit
I have been cheated and have got agreement papers with 2 post dated cheques which have also been bounced, post that I have filed a NI Act Section 138 case before the district court but now slowly I am hearing that the case might take 5-6 years to be disposed off. So I wanted to understand if Summary Suit can be filed simultaneously and whether it would be beneficial or not. Thanks in advance!

hello this is Monima Khan, Advocate. I have been practicing since 2004. Answering your questions yes you can but why does your NI case will take 5-6 years to dispose off?? See NI act matter are supposed to hear separately and faster and that's why separate act has been passed. I guess your strategy might not be stronger.

Can I take partnership of a coaching institute, that is a sole proprietorship. The business was started as single owner, 2-3 mouths ago, now can I take partnership in that business. And also the owner have institution license in his name only.

Q: Fake insta id used of a foreigner women
I met a foreigner women recently and I came to know that there are multiple fake IDs of her which is created without her consent and her identity is misused. She is a Russian who lives in India (iskon mayapur) and she tried her best to remove those instagram IDs but Instagram ignored her. She needs help and wants to remove those fake ID so I am helping her. So please tell me what to do? This is critical as she is very angry and if possible see might file an FIR but she needs help.
