I have deposited Rs.7.2K for flat booking with agreement 10 rupees stamp paper on 16.08.2018. In the year 2020 the developer was died and then the project handed over to new developer but any intimation was not given by the developer. The power of attorney with land load and developer was changed without any intimation . Only said ,which flat owner is unwilling to buy, said booking amount to be refunded with in 2023.Till date they do not fulfill his commitment. I have any legal rights? ????

Q: Can the party take any legal action?

I wanted to sell my house and had taken an advance of 3 lakh from a party, signing an agreement that he would have to pay the balance amount within 3 months. The time is over, he could not pay the amount and I've sent a termination notice to the party to take back his money and cancel the agreement. I also have a caveat created in case he files anything.
